    Is the "Rising Sun in Brownstown" still open? And what about the Liffey Arms in Newbridge?

    I think we should be told. I spent my formative years in these pubs :D

    Rising sun in browns town still open not sure about the liffyarms if thats the one at the bottom of the town at the trafic lights its still open, did a bit of drinking around thoes parts also:D

    great pints of gunniss in grange con also in timolin spent a lot of time drinking in thoes places probaly meet you in one of them:)

    formerly kildare town myself, now living near robertstown. dont be in there that much besides i wouldn't recognise half the people. use to have great laughs growing up there..
