Ok there are more than two but they are quite different - and I don't think dungeon or starglider will make it to the short list.

    dungeon - VAX 11-780 (text)
    tetris - Gameboy (2D)
starglider - XT (wireframe) CGA only
    duke nukem - i386 (3D)

Mario Kart (SNES) nothing is more fun.
Then I would say Deus Ex 1
    Half Life
Halo 1 (sorry ps2 fans, i'm just addicted to it)

    In the above order too.

EDIT: Sorry have to include Virtua Tennis 2 on DC for 4 player mayhem of fun.

I'm going to be original and vote "Half Life".

Also: Syndicate. Ahh the memories of making my men almost invincible and wiping out every last citizen in my colonies... Sweeeeeeet....

I'm gonna have to go for the games that literally kicked it al off:
Championship Manager 94/95 -- was on the Amiga
Goal -- also on the Amiga - - was around before Sensible was great crack played with all your mates.
Aroud now GTa is fairly good too.
