No idea!!! just ran the bugger!! - must be a glitch!

Oh man time and time again I have to tell people this. The results from that website are inaccurate at the best of time. Yes I know I have results in my sig but that's not the point. The recorded download speed can vary based on system load / server used hell even on which web browser you're testing it on.

I have to say I'm not sure what package we actually have . It's with Eircom and I'm assuming it's their standard broadband . This is real slow, we get speeds of only 1Mbps sometimes!

There's a fair few times now when the speed will be 54Mbps but then other times it's ****e , like now.

Any ideas or tips or pointers on how to sort this out?

That's the result I got now, my status bar on my computer says that my Speed is 11Mbps. Could it be a problem with the router ?

Is it just accepted then that Eircom are ****e and their broadband's ****e and the speed fluctuates ? Tossers! dont suppose you can keep the same landline phone number with Magnet ?
