if you have a neteller account or credit card you could set it up on the day, as it only take 5 mins, but if you are planning on ringing up blue sq then i'd sort it before hand,

this SHOULD start at 1. everyone who is running/organising it will be there from 12 or earlier so SHOULD start by one.
