Hi all, just curious as to where KFC are located in Ireland.

I know some locations, such as Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, one of the retail parks in Cavan and the same in Drogheda, where else do they have outlets?

    Cheers.

also in Tullamore, Carlow, Sligo, and Kilkenny and I believe one due to open in Wexford retail park. MBCC Foods has franchise licence for them in Ireland as well as Pizza Hut so you often see them trading side by side.

    Op why are you interested?

    Nothing too sinister, brianthebard.
I'm on the road often, its handy to know, as they don't have a website with the info.

Careful of the one in Strabane. I know of at least two occasions where somebody went to get some chicken and they had none. A bit like going to McDonalds and not being able to buy a burger.

    There is one in Derry.

I for one am glad to find KFC everywhere.

I live in Limerick and we were lucky enough to be the first KFC location in Ireland.

Im heading to Dundalk for a week for work and did a search on KFC food and found this.

Im working on the Coes road and staying on the Castlebellingham road so I understand the KFC is only off the coes road in the Industrial estate.

Thats where they usually are, is it not?

Did anybody else use the drive-thru KFC in Blanchardstown on Friday night. It took me...wait for it......50mins  from the time I arrived to the time I got served! I couldn't even reverse out because a car followed behind me. Anybody know who I can complain to?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 25 tom1975

tip - never use drive-thrus in Ireland. I don't know why they are so inefficient here compared to abroad but it is 10 times quicker to just park in the carpark, nip into the restaurant and order takeaway at the counter and then get back to your car in a matter of minutes. In the meantime, the 20 cars in the drive-thru queue are still stuck there not moving.

Stay away from the Bundoran KFC drive tru, you come home after travelling 6 mile to find they forgot gravy, or not enough chips or short pieces of chicken, lets hope the staff never become brain surgeons or they might forget to put bits back in!!!! Go in and order and check everything before you go home, I won't be eating there again.

Or use it and find that in the car park beside you there is a couple having sex in the car... right beside the drive thru part...

Absolutly not, If the premises offer a drive through i am most certainly not going to walk inside and associate myself with the people who dont have cars. Ill stay in my automobile and wait thatnk you very much!

Just got a menu through my door, I live in Dun Laoghaire. No Locations, no numbers just a menu...must have cost about 50c to be thrown through my door. Amazing! What ad agency looks after their business?

I just got one this morning. The nearest KFC is in the Jervis Centre or Tallaght!
    What a waste of paper!
