    helped me to stop smoking twice.
    every time i feel the need to smoke, ie, once every 3 months, i whip out the book and have a read for about 3 minutes, and im grand.

    its worth a read if you really want to give up. none of this angsty, patch wearing, narky stuff.

    has certainly helped an awful lot of people. any person who does that gets my respect.

    and nice bloke to boot apparently as well.
