    it s a weird mix but I d love to hear the full album

    any other recomendation? I havent heard anything from a new band that i said wow, lately

    if you're on mainstream radio and topping the charts, you're not indie or alternative. you're mainstream rock with indie or alternative origins, but you are not indie.

    franz ferdinand are one of thise bands.

    if you're on a major label you are not indie.
    mudhoney are indie
    tom petty and the heartbreakers are not indie. REM stopped being indie when they signed to warner brothers.

    indie isn't a sound. alternative is more of a "sound" i'd say.
