    Yay for Grey's Anatomy!

When do the CW actually announce their schedule, anyone know? Keeping my fingers crossed that they'll pick up Veronica Mars for a third season...

CW announce their official line-up tomorrow but..

Veronica Mars HAS been confirmed back for a third season..

The always trustworthy Michael Ausiello (at TVGuide.com) recieved an e-mail from Rob Thomas today confirming it.. a 22 episode season (which could potentially be cut back to 13 depending on how well it does in the ratings next season)

    It's Official: Veronica Mars Renewed..

Straight from the horse's mouth, Rob Thomas just e-mailed me to confirm that Veronica Mars has been renewed for a third season. The show got a 22-episode order that, depending on ratings, can be reduced to 13.
    ..
    Source!

PS - there was no doubt Grey's Anatomy would be back with the ratings it's been getting. But i was left a bit underwhelmed and slighty bored by the triple-bill season-finale.

    Oh, excellent, thanks. :)

Yeah - wasn't too worried about Grey's, but it's still good to know.

Almost everything done right except Everwood. What were they thinking? One Tree Hill over Everwood? Everwood even has the better ratings. And bringing back the woefull sh!t that is 7th Heaven...why????

I'd say if they had sticked with the idea of dumping 7th heaven,Everwood would have made the cut.

It looks like they're putting Supernatural up against CSI (CBS) and Greys Anatomy (ABC). Thats the equivalent of giving supernatural a terminal illness. W*nkers.

Agreed.. but the series itself was quite hit n miss.

    Best episode in my opinion
being the one that was very similar to an X-Files episode (yes, i know.. that's about 80% of them) about the family of rednecks who capture people and hunt them.
    Twas particularly tense..!

But series as a whole didn't exactly overwhelm me. I'd watch it if it were on but wouldn't make a point of tuning in.

The last 4 or 5 episodes were great. Once they introduced John and Meg as characters (and had a continuous storyline - not just 'ghost of the week' episodes) it got really good. Great end of series cliffhanger too......
