    you may not have a record but Gardai do keep a record of criminals movements. This would probably involve repeat offenders from burglars to gang members. What they do is if the spot the repeat offenders on the street they would take note of the time, date and area they were in. This info is then sent to the Collators office and placed with their name along with all the other info collected. It is one means of crime detection. You maybe able to access this info thru the information disclosure act.
