6 Meals NO Exercise

Let's say you had stuff prepared for your 6 meals in the day, but then it turns out that you won't be able to do any exercise that day.

Is it still 'good' for you to eat the 6 meals? As long as you have a smaller dinner?

Also, is it still better for you to eat 6 meals even if you don't really do much exercise at all?

You need to eat the number of calories required to keep your body going i.e. your basal metabolic rate + activity calories burned. If the calories in your pre-prepared meals exceed that, you'll need to drop some.

The 5-6 meal a day principle still applies.

To be honest, it would depend entirely if you are cutting or bulking. If cutting, then leave something in the pot when your done, if bulking then chow down.
