if someone with loads of rep points gives me a rep reccomendation i get more due to their quantity of points??

Sort of. it also takes a few other things into account - how long the giver has been registered, if they're a moderator, other unnamed things doubtless inserted by the giggly admins.

I'm certain I could give more....the 24 hour wait is kinda annoying though. If it weren't there I'd be making you guys billionaires in Karma banquo everyone who posts will get rep, you should do the same work from the top of the first page and keep going until the system stops you.
