Irishbroadband in Cork

Hi, Just wondering if anybody has any experiences of using Irishbroadband in Cork? Thinking of taking out their 5.4ghz service. 1mb bandwidth no caps for €48 a month incl vat. Any thoughts? Are ping times awful? Not playable for gaming?

Parts of Carrigaline are covered. You would need to be high up on the Southern Side. Douglas is mostly covered.
A Single network point is supplied. You would need to route over that point. I do not know - but I doubt your DSL unit will work.
