Britney Spears to pose for Playboy?

I've heard rumours over the last few weeks that Britney Spears will be posing in a future issue of playboy. There was much debate about it last weekend, with figures ranging from $5m to $40m as a fee for the shoot.
Also rumoured is that Britney has been ordered to lose 5lbs by Hugh Hefner. I haven't been able to find a definitve answer on this, and i cant really be searching for such content on a work computer.
So can any anyone confirm this story? or is it complete rubbish?

I've seen what have been claimed to be the pictures, and although the young lady in them is gorgeous, it's definitely not Britney. I'd much prefer to see more of the young lady in the photos, than Britney herself tbh.

Yeah i've seen those pictures, and they are indeed fakes, however, these are rumours of a not yet done photo shoot.

it was in some tabloid a few weeks ago. she was approached to pose in the mag, was told to shed a few pounds and she would get $5m for it. Of course that was from a tabloid so believe what you want to believe.

It's not true, to the best of my knowledge. There is one (nude) photo of a model who looks a bit like her.

I haven't heard anything about it but I've thought she'd do it for years. The only way she can prolong her career is to go the Madonna route. I think she realised this early on in her career. "Hit Me Baby One More Time" showed the same cheeky, slightly innocent sexuality that Madonna's early hits did, it was only a matter of time before she got ever more raunched up. Sex sells. We all know that, and so does she. The only way to prolong what should have been 15 minutes of fame was to go through the virgin to slut transition that Madonna carved out to make herself one of the most successful female artists of all time. Britney may be over-rated in the looks department, shallow as a puddle and produce some truly awful music, but you've gotta hand it to her: the girl knows her business.

britneyspears.org denies it-could just be a case of denial (Dunno if i'd trust the word of a grown man who creates a website about a bimbo...infatuation....mutter...) It's been in tabloids, nytimes, everywhere-all untrue apparently.

I'd say she'd admit it outright if she did- she seems to be vying for the "blonde slut" number 1 position against christina aggy...

I know this seems a little bit bizarre but i can actually give you a definitive answer as to the state of play.

My sister talked to her about it. (Im not talking the piss) She works for the bunny merchants, head of PR and they were in talks with iccle Britney. According to my sis she said herself 'she wouldnt rule it out'. Hardly a yes and it wont be this year if it happens at all.

As for her being asked to lose weight....some of the girls in the flesh really prove the wonders of airbrushing!

Wouldnt put it past her anyways since she has to go the slutty route to peddle **** music to kids.
