    HI

I have recently begun football training after a long absance, The problem is that my back and storach ahace become fairly weak and I get intense pain in my lower back when I jog for more than a few hundred meters. What exercise would people reccomend for building up the lower back musles ???

Also I have fallen arches or Over pronation ...Im just wondering if anyone know where I can get support arches in Galway or Dublin ?

    Hey there,

I had a problem with fallen arches which inturn led to serious shin splints. A friend recommended some gel insoles from Elvery's in Suffork St. which have given superb arch support.

There upstairs on the right hand side in Elverys and were 17 euro for a pair.

    Hope this helps
