The Rules 1. Once a picture is posted people have 24 - 36 hours to post a funny caption 2. The person that posts the picture chooses the winner 3. the Winner may post a new picture or ask someone/anyone else to post a picture 4. if the poster has not decided a winner within 36 hours then it will default back to the start…
