    Mumford & Sons have announced details of a forthcoming tour of the UK and Ireland - 'The Tour of Two Halves'.

    The band, who release their second album ‘Babel’ today in the UK, will play fourteen shows, split into six theatres followed by eight arenas, commencing in Torquay on the 21st November, and concluding at The O2 in Dublin on the 16th December.

    Mumford & Sons 2012 UK & Ireland 'The Tour of Two Halves' Dates are as follows:

    Nov 21st - Torquay Princess Theatre
    Nov 22nd - Portsmouth Guildhall
    Nov 23rd - Ipswich Regent Theatre
    Nov 25th - Dundee Caird Hall, Dundee
    Nov 26th - Carlisle The Sands Centre
    Nov 27th - Llandudno Venue Cymru

    Arena Shows
    Dec 4th - Newcastle Metro Radio Arena
    Dec 5th - Glasgow SECC
    Dec 7th - Birmingham LG Arena
    Dec 10th - Manchester Arena
    Dec 11th - London O2 Arena
    Dec 13th - Cardiff CIA
    Dec 15th - Belfast Odyssey Arena
    Dec 16th - Dublin The O2

    Saturday 15 December: Odyssey Arena, Belfast
    Tickets available from Ticketmaster, priced from £31.50 incl. booking fee

    Sunday 16 December: The O2, Dublin
    Tickets available from Ticketmaster, priced from €39.05 incl. booking fee

    Tickets for both shows are on sale this Friday, 28 September at 9am from Ticketmaster outlets and online at www.ticketmaster.ie

    Got 2 tickets on the fan presale at mumfordandsons.com, if you're a member you should try there, I think they're still available!

    Main support each night will be Dawes, and the opening act will be Post War Years.
