If the voting system is as corrupt as he alleges, and he was doing so since his race with hilary, why didn't he do anything about it over the last 4 years?

Trump has achieved a far better result in terms of votes this election than last time. The anti trump media are ignoring 68 million American voters believe Trump was the right man for the job and wanted him to stay there. The reality is COVID-19 restrictions have helped the democratic party achieve victory here. The mail in ballots phenomenon helped them. The margin of vote Trump got probably would have given him the victory in a post Covid 19 world.

Trump's position is the mail in votes are illegitimate and criminals potentially could send in ballots with fake information Trump legal team will have to argue in court and prove the democratic party engaged in criminal fraud otherwise it's just trump not accepting his fate is sealed. I just think cOVID-19 world we live in gave more people an easier way to vote this time. The democratic party pushed the mail in voting and frankly has proven to be a winner.

The pollsters and media predictions were a joke if we are honest. The will never accept they lied here.

A sad day for the republicans. Really hoped trump would win but accepting that its not happening now. Looking forward to picking apart bidens gaffes and everything he does with a level bordering on conspiracy, just like has happened the last 4 years.

Roll on literally any republican 2024.
Its been a great 4 years and hopefully with the senate we wont see evil lies like critical race theory , the ‘tax tax tax’ green agenda or any wars occur.

Mr biden, the binoculars are on you now.

This is it. The fun is over now, he's got to deliver on what they've promised. For the next 4 years Trump can just sit back and stir up s**t on twitter for the craic.

Reads like something you would see on a conspiracy theory or similar grifter site.

Any idea why Trump and his sons are looking for money to fight the election ?

Surely he is a billionaire :)

Imagine the republicans a minority and a woman as president in 2024 will really cause them to explode

2024 might possibly be even more craic than this time. republicans just can't handle a minority progressive woman.

romney is the smart move from them.

but they're not smart so it'll be a trump impersonator.

I think he’s in desperately poor health. He looked absolutely flattened physically and mentally last night. Certainly not someone with the stamina to fight in another 4 years against someone likely going to be much younger than him. The Trump era is over

Biden is no sanders but a fracking ban or any new taxes will seal his fait next term

the fracking line didn't seem to work in pennsylvania though.

No. Pence could issue a blanket pardon to trump for any and all federal crimes committed during his time as president.
    cnocbui wrote: »
Is there a link for that?

    Technically Yes,

The Nixon pardon was a blanket pardon covering the entire time he was in power saying "crimes he has committed or may have committed".

So Pence could in theory give him a pardon covering all federal crimes from his birth up to the day of the Pardon.

Highly likely in all fairness. If Biden can win at his age, then Trump could in 2024, especially on the back of Biden screwing the economy up with regulation and taxes.

Trump is obese, elderly and by all accounts enjoys a very unhealthy diet. He's not a man of exercise. It's somewhat doubtful he'll have the energy for another campaign.

Watch the video too, the retired Navy business associate and a source within DOJ say there is an ongoing investigation. (The DNI said the claim that the laptop was russian disinformation was categorically untrue). You can claim it doesn't affect Biden but that's ignorant of the evidence on the laptop that is yet to be shown to be fake. Apparently the FBI only wouldn't reveal it to be fake because they didn't want to interfere with the election, they don't have that excuse now

Unbelievable how long its taking to count these votes, good job they don't operate a PR system or the next election would be in full swing by the time they'd finished this one.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,697 ✭✭✭dasdog

Dozens of Michigan counties used the same software that caused 6,000 votes in one county to switch from Trump to Biden.

Wasn't that a corrupt SSD/Micro SD Card that caused the re-count of the 6,000 votes? And why would different counties/states use different software? That would be completely insane.

Trump will win 2024 if Biden gets in and screws up the economy and screws over miners. Maybe best for Trump to concede with the message '' The next 4 years will be the I told you so years, but come 2024 I'll be back''

Would those be all the miners that didn't get their jobs back under Trump?

Trump added almost Zero jobs in the mining sector in the last 4 years despite all his "We're bringing back coal Tripe".

In 2015 there were ~90,000 jobs in Mining , guess what.. In 2019 , there were ~90,000 jobs in the mining sector.

Why would they vote for him?

Its shameful, cant support it. But id still back him over joe. Ive never claimed he was perfect , this last stunt is certainly a massive let down, On policy he’s still closer to me than biden.

Of course you are Eric, I mean you advocated just a few weeks ago on these Boards for refugees to be drowned and killed in the English channel while Trump separates refugees from their parents and locks them up in cages. So its not that hard to see how you prefer Trump to Biden. We see you.

I feel like that might be overestimating Trump's importance. He's not a politician, if/when he loses the presidency, he won't be in the limelight all the time.

Republicans existed before Trump, they should be able to move on. A lot of them voted for Trump because he was the party's candidate, not because they wanted him to be president for life.

    Correct. 150,000 minus 6,000 is 144,000.

Is PA going to finish a lot closer than people thought or are they still expecting Biden to take it with +100,000 votes?

    Correct. 150,000 minus 6,000 is 144,000.

    6k in 1 county

I think Trump borrowing money to lower taxes and then being hit with Covid have guaranteed that their economy is going to be in tatters. Four years won't be enough to fix it, but hopefully, any Republican contender in the next election won't be the giant pos Trump has been.

They did ranked choice voting in Maine for the first time, so third party candidate votes would be redistributed
