I saw someone on adverts selling a 2700 for 150 or around that, maybe they would take less even, worth looking at

Is the AMD 5. 3600. Better than a 7 series 2700x for Premier pro work ?

For Adobe it's a little behind.

Amazing price, especially since it's MLC.

Anything here worth picking up? Was looking at a 1440p to pair with my 27" 1080p 144hz GSync panel.

    I have a Ryzen 1700 and RTX 2060.

The one im looking at is the 27" inch 1440p 144Hz HDR panel.

Gonna go check out a few reviews and see how it fairs. Ticks all the boxes really. Freesync, gsync compatible,144Hz,HDR and a near €200 price reduction.

A few drawbacks associated with a VA panel but looks pretty solid to me.

Ive had 1440p 100Hz VA panel for about 6 years now and dont have issues with it.

Id like to know samsungs dead pixel policy before buying though.

    EDIT
    So after a quick glance:

It has local dimming but the implementation is not great, not enough zones.

HDR is slightly above average but not top end.

    Black uniformity is not amazing.

    Viewing angles are quite narrow.

Supports Freesync 2 and Nvidias Gsync/Freesync.

Tbh it looks like a bargain to me,ill be ordering it today. The stuff i highlighted is mostly the stuff i think might be a deal breaker for some. I havent put all the stuff up it does really well.

Hers the rtings review for it if people wanna go deeper:

Check out Lims Cave on Youtube as he does serious monitor reviews.

One thing I came across while looking up monitor reviews earlier this year before pulling the trigger on mine, was that the majority of HDR monitors only have the most bog-standard implementation of the feature and are pretty much worthless when it comes to actually displaying HDR content.

Tbh even at full price considering the rest of its features i wouldnt have thought the HDR would be top end on that monitor anyway.

Rtings rate the HDR as a bit of above average but not top end. That would be good enough for me.

The biggest let down on that monitor for me is that they bothered to use local dimming but then didnt make good use of it. I mean local dimming is great so why not implement it properly!

Not a deal breaker at just over €400 though.

Rtings tend to have a bug up their ass when it comes to local dimming in general. I've yet to see a product review that doesn't cost crazy money (70" Oled 4k screen that costs 5 grand plus) from them where they didn't crap on the TV or monitors local dimming.

Check out https://www.amazon.de/LG-Products-32GK850F-B-Monitor-inches/dp/B0798QPYMF/ref=sr_1_1?crid=30PFVERNZ8P0S&keywords=lg+32gk850f&qid=1568631627&sprefix=lg+32%2Caps%2C126&sr=8-1, sounds like it might be what you're looking for.

Thats 32" which is a little too big for my setup, even 27" is pushing it givin the space i have but just about managable.

Tried looking for a 27" version but cant see one?

I think some of LG's upcoming Nanocell monitors may come in 27" but the current crop are 32".

Looking for a decent sized monitor. 27in minimum but would like larger. If you see anything let em know. Nice deal for a Lenovo 32in but it's gone. So still looking.

    * might help if I gave a budget, 250 max. But prefer lower. Not for gaming

No it was down to 73.

It was £40 below my desired price that I set ages ago when RAM was insanely expensive so maybe not much of a bargain these days.

    Nope, not at those speeds.

Already itching for Black Friday/ Cyber Monday. Hoping for some good deals to build a new rig with.

The 3200mhz is only £3 more on that page, is that any good?

    £76.99

Out of the loop with RAM prices these days.:pac:

It's about average, thankfully RAM prices have dropped out of the sky.
