Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Merc stopped major development on the 2020 car ages ago with the major focus being on the 2021 car with the incumbent rule changes. This explains why Red Bull have got closer towards the end of the season, but does not bode well for their chances next season.

Red Bull is developing the 2021 car. Max drove the 2021 floor in fp1 the last weekend plus this years car is 60% next years car so you could develop next years car this year

I would take Mercedes remark with more than a grain of salt

There have been some stinkers over the years but that was right up there. Even the commentators were audibly bored and didn't bother to feign interest or excitement.

Overall it was an enjoyable season with some excellent races and tracks, which we will hopefully see more of in the coming years.

Credit to everyone involved. It's a serious achievement to put together a 17 race season under the current circumstances and the amount of time and sacrifices that crew members etc have made should not go unnoticed.

96 days until we go again in Australia! :D

I did enjoy the remark made "to be honest it's been over for 30 laps at this stage". Very unusual for that to go on air. Must have been allowed as the last race of the year.

Can't wait till next race only 3 months. I'm hoping against hope that they oust bottas and it's russell vs lewis v max v perez at the front next year.

Even the "official" F1 podcast, F1 Nation took the Mick out of that one.

All teams only have two tokens for next year. Changing 40% of the car sounds like a lot.
