Flyefit IFSC Dublin Opening?

Hi, I have heard from several FlyeFit Trainers that there is a gym opening in the CHQ Buidling IFSC. They mentioned it will be in Sept / Oct 2017. Walking around the CHQ Building I see no space for a gym, nor do I see any construction going on. Anyone know where / when the gym is opening up in the IFSC area?

For anyone who is in this gym do you find it had gone to **** a bit recently? Equipment breaks frequently and takes the guts of a month before it's back in action.
They bought a few new machines for the first section but it's so tight that you can barely move. Equipment literally sits on top of other pieces.
I've been coming here for years, but I think it's time to upgrade gym.
