Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Considering getting it this eve, have you tried it?

Apparently it's barely two hours long. Even at the sale price that made me hesitate. I'm gonna wait until it's on PS+.

I love short games so more than happy to spend €4.90 on something that will last me 3 hours.

Started into Archangel last night. It's on rails which I didn't realise but its quite addictive and you do need to vary between the weapons you use. I played on an OG and it looks great but I'd say it looks fantastic on a Pro.

Honor and Duty is exceptional for the price! Like Wolfenstein in VR. Great game to play with Aim controller and a steal at €1!

Guess I'll give H&D a go for a quid :). Cheers for the heads-up, I never would have heard of it otherwise.

The multiplayer is supposed to be great craic. I don't have Plus so just played the single player which has kinda funny AI, but it's decent fun.

    Question from a VR noob.

I have an Irish PS account, can you download these cheapies from the US store?
And if so, how do I go about doing it?

You can play US PSN games on your Irish account yup. This link shows how to do it (it's based on having a UK account, but works the same for Irish accounts).

    https://www.nowgamer.com/ps4-how-to-buy-us-digital-psn-games/

Instead of faffing about with Amazon though, you can get US PSN credit from here

    http://www.pcgamesupply.com/buygames/sony-playstation-network-cards/US-Region/

I've bought credit from there a few times for my US and Canadian accounts. It works with every country as far as I know - you could play Indonesian PSN games on your Irish account if you wanted to.

Arizona sunshine is half price on us/can psn for psplus customers. Do the psplus trick for 2 days and then use the 20% deal that was linked on the playstation bargains thread for a very good price.

Argos are selling Wipeout Omega Collection for €17.99 atm, which is handy considering the VR update today is free (and meant to be the best thing on PSVR so far).

No one is mentioning the reduction in available ship types.
Not the full game, in the way the Dirt Rally vr update was.

? Going by the review, the VR version has three extra ships.

When I had the game set to normal the range of ship models, including my beloved 2097 type craft, were available for selection.
Once I turned on the magic hat they vanished and only the same model was there, with different skins representing the various teams.
But, of course, I might well be wrong, it has happened before.

Weird. Maybe they have to be unlocked or something?

Maybe so, but the normal screen mode has individual team ship models, VR mode only the stats and skin changes.

Batman @ 14.99 / 9.99 is still not low enough for me considering game length.

7.99 is absolute max I'd pay. Surprised it has held it's value for so long considering it was a launch title.

I don't have Plus so 14.99 is still too high for me.

Batman is one of the best PSVR games there is. Top 5 for sure. It's more than 2 hours, a lot more if you go for the Riddler's stuff.

I agree this game is expensive but when I played it I didn't feel ripped off. You can see where the money was spent. I wish there was alot more too it alright.
But I loved it, I've jumped briefly back into it, might just sit and do it all again, get the riddler trophies!

That part with Robin handing you stuff through the cage is a real mindbender.

Cold Iron is $7.99 on US store with PS Plus.

I signed on for the 2-day PS Plus trial to get it. It's great fun with the latest update patch (though I don't know what it was like before... apparently too blurry?)

I bought Inpatient for $12.79 on US store last week using my 20% off voucher.

I gotta say, I'm really liking it. It's slow paced, but intentionally so. Builds up tension, it's like a horror play as it's essentially a walking sim.

    Definitely worth sale price.

Yeah I got this with the VR bundle at christmas.
The driving is limited in VR, its time trials and 1v1 in arcade mode.
I like the VR mode as its a full body in the car, not floating hands

If you like driving games its good. In fairness they constantly add decent content and more cars to it.
Made me go out and buy a cheap steering wheel with a stand to play properly :D

Wow 17 quid is a great price for it! never knew it went that cheap, been tracking it since I got the PSVR and haven't seen it go below 60 quid for the base version alone.

The bundle seems to drop to €19.99 often. I reckon it's due a drop soon.

It's great fun, though it took a while for me to get accurate with my aim, the aliens are slippery sods! There's a particular part of the game where you go 'no way, it can't actually be possible to..' and then you find out that it is :). The game tech is seriously impressive, especially considering it was basically made by one guy!
