Pepsi vs Coca Cola

A bottle of cadet coke youd get with your sausage special from the chipper of a friday evenin when ye were younger!

I just put two cokes (diet) in the freezer, last time I did that, I fell asleep, forgot... one of them cracked open, went everywhere

I'm a huge coke drinker. Used to drink gallons of the regular stuff back in the day. Never found Pepsi even close in comparison. For weight reasons, I changed to Coke Zero for a while, and it was grand but wasn't the same as regular coke. I changed to Diet Coke then at some point and never looked back. An ice cold can of Diet Coke is the business, but only if it's from Ireland, the UK or Pakistan, the rest of them are horrible variants of the best ones.

Although, I should point out, we don’t have the Coke with the high-fructose corn syrup in it.

Personally prefer Coke. Pepsi has a weird, cheap aftertaste.

Strangely, Coke Zero tastes like Coke even more than Coke does! I always know im drinking a Diet Coke but the cliche is true- there really is no difference between Coke and Coke Zero.

I've changed over years .

I think as you get older you realise the sugar in traditional Coca Cola is just not sustainable. Fair enough if you get it a once off, holiday , bar , error. It is the nicest in the right circumstances and drink preparation. Glass bottles etc.

For a few years went to diet and zero. Just habitual for caffeine hit.

Have moved more and more to pepsi . Then to max as that 50 % free bottle whilst hard to find . Is class.

As you get older again your taste needs more a hit . And fentimans is class . Hard to get and probably harder again with Brexit.

It reminds you of what coke may have been like originally in drug stores.

To be honest most modern companies have made a mess of their food / drink products. Why hipster products in the spaces are opening up more.

I liked Vigin and a few fake Colas too.

Anyway all the plastic is a disgrace ..no getting away from.that.

Ah there is though. I can clearly tell the difference between the 3. The closest I came to actual coke was that Coke Life that was out for a while. It was basically Coke but less sugar instead of no sugar. But still didn't taste like coke.

Quite annoyed the other night I got an Abra takeaway, large CBG and large Katsu Curry chips, lare Diet Coke. All in a bag and didn't realise until I got to start eating it that i got a bottle of Coke Zero... [insert Hercules "Disappointed"]

Original Coke is superior to Pepsi .

Fritz Kola and Fentiman Cola are both lovely but not too easy buy here.


Dr.Pepper is absolute piss water .
