Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey folks,

    I'm taking a notion to purchase the famous back baller but just wondering is there anything special about it for the money compared to a normal foam roller?

    4" Wavin pipe.. cut to desired length... does everything the back baller does and works out quite a bit cheaper..

    Classic example of marketing hype. Get in with a few high profile teams and offer them free units in exchange for the whe team using them post training

    What was wrong with the run of the foam roller in the first place??

    because if you put two together and charge double then $$$

    Plus add bright colours and you're good to go
