Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Used to see a lot of junk-rigged cats living in British Columbia, never seen any here though. They have their uses, but oh how ugly they are.

Those photos are from today? You did get lucky, gone quite awful now :( where's the Summer

Ah, I thought it was good, lots of holes but we managed to sail around them. Bloody long beat down to the Breeches tho.

Think we managed to find every hole off Bray and Greystones on the way down when we were on a decent position and passed the same lobster pot around 3 or 4 times from 3 or 4 different directions before finding every hole & zephyr on the way back. Was bright by the time I was getting back into the car to go home

Yeah, Bray head was interesting alright, seemed like the laws of physics / weather didn't apply there. We gained loads by staying out on both legs.

If you do enough miles, take enough photos, try for enough years, you still might not get lucky. But then again..... https://youtu.be/eQdTA_KHvjA

Jaysus, you got it all there!! Fabulous!!

I was lucky enough to see a family of humpbacks playing and feeding for a morning in Antarctica, a memory I'll always treasure.

    Wow, what an experience.

I've seen pilots in the Irish sea, plenty of dolphins on offshores, even had a big'un surface beside us on a round Ireland off the west coast! (it was bigger than the 40ft boat I was on).

They are always a pleasure and humbling experience to behold.

Decided to bring the SLR with us for a spin over to DL yesterday, not a whole lot of action other than the Puppeteers out of Howth racing...
