Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Deadly dog, ill leave the judges to decide what to do. Tough call.

My fella is sitting outside covered in a blanket of snow, he loves it though, wouldnt come in for a bowl of food. He looks very relaxed.

looking towards Mt Leinster from just outside Bunclody. You can make out the transmitter standing proudly in all-white in the distance. (Apologies, can't figure out how to place the image inline)

Id be careful unless you have winter tyres on ur 4x4. I had chains on my car at the weekend and went up to the sally gap. I saw 2 different 4x4s sliding down roads sideways, they just didnt have any grip at all. but with snowsocks, chains or winter tyres id say you would be fine. You dont want to end up sliding down a mountain and hitting a wall.

In Grimstad, not too far from Risør actually. Similar places.

Not too cold yet, -10 at the moment. It got down to -30 last year.

I think its going to be as cold this year with even more snow !!

Snowed in, despite having cleared snow on and off for days.

Icicles a go go. Note the snow in the background overhanging the roof.

This was gathering dust in the kitchen cupboard. Its a pizza peel, which is handy for home-made pizzas into and out of the oven without making a mess. Makes a great implement for clearing snow!
