    1 more to go, i guess that leaves me running 6.3 tomorrow for a nice round 200k .. hit my year target of 1500 km a couple of days ago too, so its all rounding off nicely

    I had an emergency repair that required an overnight trip to Kerry, got in a couple of nice runs including a smashing morning up to Bray head and drink in its views.

    5 very chilly miles yesterday.
    Doing some calculations so I can neatly round off the miles and kilometers. I need to do 4 miles today and that will round it off to 222k.
    Oh how I will miss this, NOT :D

    I enjoyed this years edition- at the start of the month I was pretty unfit, and although I'm not considered "fit" just yet, its a month closer to that goal. Well done to all who started, and to those that finished, it was nice to have an easy virtual "challenge" during these dark days.

    Thats a good question and one I intend to answer some time... 30mins nice'n'easy running each day can form part of a decent training program.

    Last one done! I started minimum 5k a day (and always 30 mins or more) back at the start of the lockdown on October 22nd. Had planned to stop on December 2nd, but was already 2 days into this so thought I’d go another few days and see how I feel. This was day 71 / 408km.

    Thanks to everyone who took part and well done - not an easy time to stay motivated so this helped.

    Was planning on taking tomorrow off, but we’ll see how that goes!

    Final run completed, 5 miles. Will run again tomorrow seen as its the first of the New Year.
