Am I right in saying Leinster lost every game across the rounds?

Understandable with the amount of players assisting the seniors I’d of thought.

played two rounds, had youngest squad by a mile with several front rows included.

have to question how much they really wanted to be involved given they pulled out of the 1st round.

i think then even had problems trying to field a squad for round 1

they didn't field a squad for round 1.

    round 2 they fielded a largely a u21 squad

round 3 the squad was even younger.

the coverage of the 7's tournament really was poor...

limited highlights, very little social media coverage, mistakes in results announced, we didn't even know try scorers.

What's up with Cormac for Ulster this week? Is he injured or potentially with Ulster (I would love this to be true but I feel he is probably a good bit away from making his debut at Senior level but I hope im wrong as I think he has alot of potential if he can get the fundmental parts of his game in check!).

Must be injured? When was the last time he played a 15s game, can’t imagine he’ll play for seniors until he gets regular academy rugby!

France must be favourites, but it's sevens so upsets are always on the cards.

big time. Only have to look at last time round and us beaten by Spain. We've progressed lot since then though.

France and Samoa will be our biggest challengers. Lot could depend on the draw

Working on something at the moment on 7s

Is there anywhere that lists all the main 7s tournaments held in the country on a yearly basis
Have Kinsale, Connemara, Marble City 7s Kilkenny, Midland Midnight Tullamore, Carrick 7s(Carrickfergus),

All these held yearly. Has been some others in recent years but they havent been held that long like there was an event in Donnybrook/Belvedere called Dublin 7s fest

Mens side and Womens are competing in the International Rugby Sevens, a competitive training event taking place May 15-18 at St George’s Park in England.

Men play GB and USA while Women play GB and France

The planned schedule for the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series 2021 was unveiled in March and includes five Women’s and four Men’s rounds, with the addition of a further two potential Men’s events under discussion.

Following the Olympic Games the Series will commence with a men’s event in Singapore on 29-30 October, followed by joint Men’s and Women’s rounds in Hong Kong on 5-7 November, Dubai on 3-4 December, followed by an exciting climax in Cape Town on 10-12 December.

Detailed discussions are continuing with London and Vancouver on the viability of hosting Men’s events in the window following the Olympic Games and prior to the HSBC Singapore Sevens in October and further updates to the schedule will be given when available.

    tough but doable.

obviously france is the biggest threat, with samoa less so.

only one spot available makes it very very difficult

Yeah France and Samoa biggest threats.
We've obviously improved a lot in the last 4 years but remember last time round we were knocked out by Spain so hard to know what to expect
