Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    And yeah, it can be messy if someone tries to turn a friendship into something more and it fails or is rejected.....awkwardness!!!

    ouch....it does work the odd time though....look at it this way, if it fizzled into nothing, it would probably have happened sooner or later anyway...

    Anyone here ever been in a situation where they were with a nice person, but just didnt click?

    Like I went out with this guy for about a month, without a doubt the nicest person I ever met, but the 'spark' (if thats what you want to call it) was missing, so we decided to be friends instead....now we're really good friends!

    Still, there are times when it's gone the other way too :mad:

    It's not too heavy at the moment, but it was terrible earlier on. How is the rain in Sligo?
