Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I had lots of time on my hands today. Up early so made myself a bacon, tomato and cheese melt for breakfast. Some people have this as a sandwich, but I prefer it over one slice of toast. A knife and fork job.:D

Dinner is a mighty lamb shank in red wine gravy with creamy mash and garden peas.

I have some craft stuff from Aldi that I'm trying for the first time, O'Shea's Irish Lager. If it's as nice as Lidl's Frank's Lager, I'll be happy.

Vegetable sweet and sour. With frozen Asian veg mix from Aldi. Have you used this mix, they are the cats pajamas. What do you think ?

Bought some today, but haven't tried them yet. You have me excited! They seem like a very quick solution to prepping veg for Asian style food.

Just tried the O'Shea's craft lager from Aldi. Very tasty.
