Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bought shoes but they sent the wrong size.
Do they refund the postage charges? How do you inform them what was the postage cost?

Best of luck in finding out. Their cs is brutal.

They don't refund the postage, their T&Cs state it's up to you to pay return postage. I returned a pair of trainers before, cost me about €6.50 to post and had the exchanged trainers back with me about a week later.

There should be a returns form in with the invoice attached to the parcel bag your shoes came in you can fill in for returns, if not it's on their website.

Cheers for that; I'm at ready to ship now. Worried about sizes and sh1t but hopefully all will be good!

Anyone know what happens if your not at home when dhl are delivering?

They will normally call you if you aint home when they attempt delivery.
Then you can sort out with the driver about delivering to another house/neighbour/friend etc in the area.
If they cant get hold of you, they will try delivery again next day to your house.
If after a couple of attempts and no success with delivery, normally the package will be sent back to the DHL depot for further follow up to get the package to you.
After that , it will be returned to sports direct.

(Order a size up than normal though, f*ckin hell they are tight!)

Ordered Sunday, but up to this morning, there had been no update to the DHL info since Monday, when the package entered their system.

Same as; well I ordered last Friday and it's still sitting in Leeds, but one of my items was out of stock, hence the delay..

Quick question, has anyone bought any of the Karrimor trail running shoes?? Just wondering what the feedback is like..

Their Adidas Junior Running shoe sizes listed on their website ARE WRONG, just as you know.

I was lucky in that I got a size slightly bigger so they'll do for the future but I'd have been peed off had I got the wrong size due to their error and then had to pay to ship them back to them, even though it was their fault.

I had ordered what was described as a 5 pack of socks in my first order but only received one pair:( I sent an email off to sportsdirect last week and got full refund for the 5 pack today. Given past experiences I didn't expect such an outcome!

Sorry, It wasn't actually an email:o It was the online form http://www.sportsdirect.com/CustomerServices/ContactUs/ContactForm.aspx Does take a while for them to reply though. It has the contact email on that form for sportsdirect as cs@sportsdirect.com

I emailed them before xmas through both the contact form & the CS email and never received a response until I emailed them at paypal@sportsdirect.com.

But I guess xmas would have been crazy for them.

    Just got my first order...

Very happy with the stuff - extremely happy with the mug!!!

My order came today (massive mug included!) that I ordered on 12th.
12 tshirts and pleased with nearly all of them.
The size specs are good on all of the Slazenger and Everlast (XXL) but the No Fear one, more like an XL.
The Olympic ones are good sizes and nice quality too.
Will definitely stock up on the slazengers, you can't go wrong with basic t's at that price.
The Everlast classic v neck t's have lots of nice detail and a good shape.
The only one that I wouldn't go for again is a Lonsdale one with "Original" written across the front of it, not because of the size but because the quality isn't good. It looks like one of those t's that loses its shape when you wash it.

hmm...time to place an order for some hoodies now!

I know this is NOT going to be popular but why the heck is everyone going mad over the mug?

For a start they are horrible red, white and blue

For a second start, they are wayyyyy too biggg for tea and the likes (ok for beer though ;-))

And lastly, I've never even used mine, it's taking up a lot of space in my cupboard !

    To answer your silly rant;

    1. We like free stuff.
    2. We just want to feel apart of the 'mug' crew

And finally, it's perfect for tea! The more tea the better!

Have to return 4 pants. All the same size on the tags but two are too small and two are wayyyy too big (be careful with the no fear jeans. They are like black bags). What is the cheapest method of getting the back to them?
