    Fingal County Council are certainly not competent to be making decisions about the most important piece of infrastructure on the island. They need to stick to badly designed cycle lanes and deciding on whether Mrs Murphy can have her kitchen extension.

    That's pretty much as cheap as it gets, usually on the run up to Christmas.

    Not sure how new this is but Torc Brewing are selling their beers direct for €30 a case (12 X 500ml bottles) with €5 flat shipping - cheapest I've seen from a small brewery

    I bought it too and trust me if I bought it it's a bargain and I rarely drink baileys.

    O'Brien's are doing similar - deals exclusive for loyalty card members. You just can't give points or incentivise the purchase.

    I hope tesco & dunnes cop on to this. I know in the UK there are lots of items with "clubcard holder prices".

    Thanks for that. Any recommendations from the range?

    Edit: never mind, I thought it was full cases of each beer, didn't spot the mix n match ones til I went back.

    Dunnes always have some cans of it on the shelves.Decent enough tasting ale but a bit pricey(guessing about €2.50 a can?)

    Just back from Tesco’s Dundalk. Bud, Guinness, Carlsberg and Rockshore slabs all €24, no Heineken. Bought a bottle of Tanqueray 10 which is reduced to €40 in O’Briens gin sale for €30 and two more slabs of Rockshore. Went to Lidl across the road for her usual order of 6 bottles Vinho Verde , Prosecco €6.99 grabbed a few for Aperol spritzers! No slabs!
    Tried Dunnes on way home , slabs €25, Bud, Carlsberg, Guinness no Heineken! Lastly to SuperValu 12 cans of Heineken for €15, probably as good as it gets!

    Heineken 1 euro a can in tesco.

    But you can buy 8pack for 10 euro

    And buy a 4 pack for 7.75

    Your choice.
