Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hmmmmmmmmmm...........Looking at the other ads, isn't that the skip filler extraordinaire. Or are rocky cut outs on black and White floors more popular than I'd imagine.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

So it is! I'd recognise that black and white tiled checkerboard tiling a mile off. Same items too.

The final confirmation is the fact that they 45 pieces of feedback, with 4 of them being negative

Gas thing is, with all of this abuse and threats, they forget that anyone could make an offer, have it accepted and then turn up on his door with a couple of Gardaí, or large mates...
I mean, we are all a nice bunch, friendly, though not as intimate as he was suggesting.
But, eventually, he'll make a comment that will result in a frank exchange of views

A guy sold me a knock off Samsung phone a good few years ago then abandoned his adverts account

Turns out it was only abandoned for a few months.

    So yeah....

Don't be a prick online and threaten people.

Perhaps actually, i'll give him the benefit of the doubt in fairness, the fortnite skins valued at 1200 and 37 games valued at 1600 threw me off.

37 old games you can pick up in sales for 10-15 euros, skins that are worth SFA and a dodgy account that will require you to use someones else's email address.

    Bargain.

Someone should tell him he wasted his life on fortnite.

Ive seen kids play it and asked them if they are any good , "i can build but not really good at the shooting part was the answer " so basically you have a load of kids playing a game to build fortresses ....not that i know what any of that means :pac:

I played it for about 8 or 9 hours.

    It's woeful, I can't understand how it's so popular.

I've watched my way younger cousins playing it.
They are fairly good so it was entertaining.

I don't want to sound like an old man shouting at a cloud but really do think Fortnite is a rubbish game. It's always been ****ty PUBG to me. The terrible generic mobile phone CGI art style assaults my eyes but even at that I always found the gun play not fun and the building annoying. It's only big because it was the first battle royale game that jumped on the PUBG bandwagon and was free.

I've been playing a bit of Call of Duty Warzone and it's fairly enjoyable.

Cross platform playing is still such a mind blow to me, never thought id see it. Although playing on a controller Vs someone with a keyboard and mouse is night and day imo.

Console noobs have been getting owned by PC players since Quake 3 (unofficially).

Think Shadowrun (the team based XBox 360 shooter) was the first game, or at least first big push for a cross platform game but the failure of that game put future plans in the gutter.

Hah yeah, wasn't it Dreamcast Quake 3 that went online against PC players and they got absolutely annihilated?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,029 ✭✭✭Colonel Panic

People found out what version of Quake 3 the DC was build upon, installed it and updated the master list server to the DC version's IP.

    Chaos followed.

oh 100%, seen some great people playing on controllers, but I try and keep all my fps gaming to my pc. Its what I grew up playing. We used to get 90 mins for lunch in secondary school, used to go down to an internet cafe and play cs for a hour a few times a week with a few friends......an ideal student hah
