Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Same goes for me with the Dubs. My aunt is a Dub and my two brothers are married to Dubs, so it was a good day for them. You can't beat the banter between the two counties. Hopefully the rivalry will be renewed for years to come :)

    Spurs Shop is doing free delivery on orders on £50, including international delivery. So if someone wanted to buy 70 euro odd of gear from the spurs shop, now would be the time. Maybe some of ye could come together to get a few bits and pieces.

    Was at the game Donal, smashing game pure tension all the way through. great banter between the fans and in fairness to the Kerry crowd were very gracious at full time congratulating us. Never seen so much emotion as I did at full time from grown men, tears everywhere. Day that will live long in my memory.

    Even better than the Carling Cup final V Chelsea!!!!!

    Lads are the Dublin Spurs Supporters still meeting up for the games in Tom Mayes? Haven't been around this season yet but was hoping to check out the Wigan games this weekend.

    Nice one Mark. I was sorry to miss the day, even though my friends and family were in a state of depression after it. As hatch was saying we must discuss the banter and all that over a few pints at the lane in the near future.
    Am hoping to get there in December, failing that defo early in the new year :)

    Thudd isn't cutting his hair until he scores a goal. To raise money for charity apparently. I'm fully expecting him to have an afro in a month or two!

    @SpursOfficial
    @TomHuddlestone6
    @LedlyKingPFA (all the accounts with PFA at the end are run by the same person, e.g. GarethBalePFA)
    @29_JL

    They're all the one's that I follow anyways, there's probably more, SpursOfficial is the only you really need though, the rest are just social accounts. I also follow @OptaJoe among others, he/they give plenty of *interesting* stats.

    Two others to consider in addition to Spurs Official and OptaJoe - @PaulHayward_gnm (chief Guardian sports writer) and @HenryWinter - football correspondent for the Telegraph. Two intelligent commentators.

    What a waste of a life, leaving two kids behind you.
    Always dreaded seeing his name on the opposing teamsheet as he always had a great eye for goal.

    Strange that he had just appeared on FF yesterday.
    Very sad.

    4th goal in this vid was a peach!

    There was also an interview with David Baddiel on this programme saying that, as a Jew, he did not feel comfortable with the anti-Semitic chanting that his fellow Chelski fans aimed at Tottenham. He then went on to attack Spurs fans for describing themselves as "yids" and the club for refusing to stamp it out. He made a good point though in claiming that if there was a Premier League club from Brixton it would be inconceivable for their predominately white male fans to describe themselves as "n******. I've never really thought about it to be honest. Can't remember when we started to chant this

    Yeh i meant to revisit this thread. I thought Jenas spoke openly and honestly and came across as quite an intelligent chap... not sure about him being described as a england international and premiership star though :P

    Alot of tottenham's jewish fans would consider the term "yid" as a badge of honour (allegedly at least) but Baddiel made a very good point as you rightly said. If it's a derogatory and racist word then we shouldn't be using it. How to enforce such a ban on the terraces is another thing though.

    Sure them black gangsta lads like 'Icy tea and scoopy dog dog' use the N word to refer to themselves and eachother all the time. Spurs fans chanting 'yiddos, yiddos, yiddo's' is not a whole lot different.
