    Update: regrettably the Fitness Logs can only be used for keeping a Training Diary and not a Food Diary.

    For the why's and wherefores see these threads.

    Can I ask one thing though?
    are we allowed put in cals per day and C : F : P ratios?

    If not, its fine, just for clarity like.
