All of mine are now shipped but but i ordered around 20 different ones 1st jacket i got was on the 26th dec and it's still saying Waiting for pickup and has been that way since 29th... the rest of the jackets i ordered on the 29th and they were shipped last night all together...so guess it's just wait n see now.

Anyone get any updates ? My shipping update hasn't changed it says estimated delivery the 15th January with e packet which I seriously doubt will happen

No, no goods received

I put in the comments that dispatch was cancelled. Ali issued an immediate refund so they are aware of the situation.

Ali in fairness are great at refunds. I think they hold the money until you confirm delivery even just in case.

Never had any issue getting money back.

It only says on the tracking that the shipment is cancelled, not the order:D

Lost ten minutes copying/pasting reason into claim forms. IMO it's ridiculous buyer has no option to claim the whole order in one go.

One of my orders is cancelled and I got refund I tried to get refund of the other one and it says item still in transit .. I'd imagine it's only a matter of time but there is still hope ha ha

I have a few ordered and just got the usual email around late December to say they were shipped. Tracking just shows up the same any time I check i.e. they are in transit. No cancellation email (yet) so here's hoping!!

You won't get cancellation email. Also, 17track website shows all of them still as "tracking label created" or the likes.

The only way to see "shipping cancelled" info is to log on to ali and go to "my orders" section.

Just done that and still showing "the seller has shipped your order". Thats been there since December 31

My shipment was cancelled like the rest. It would have been such a funny YouTube video if they arrived!

Anyway tried to open a dispute, alixpress suspended my account, said I can't open disputes or submit a view due to a security issue. The money has been taken from my card??? It's my first order, and probably my last..
