Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Lost ten minutes copying/pasting reason into claim forms. IMO it's ridiculous buyer has no option to claim the whole order in one go.

    Apart from that, agree - nothing to lose indeed.

    Yes my god that is a pain I'n the arse . I really like some of the jackets though I'd pay normal price for them I will have to find a good seller ha

    One of my orders is cancelled and I got refund I tried to get refund of the other one and it says item still in transit .. I'd imagine it's only a matter of time but there is still hope ha ha

    I have a few ordered and just got the usual email around late December to say they were shipped. Tracking just shows up the same any time I check i.e. they are in transit. No cancellation email (yet) so here's hoping!!

    You won't get cancellation email. Also, 17track website shows all of them still as "tracking label created" or the likes.

    The only way to see "shipping cancelled" info is to log on to ali and go to "my orders" section.

    Just done that and still showing "the seller has shipped your order". Thats been there since December 31

    I'm after going into everything and it still says item in transit or seller shipped nothing cancelled yet .. I know I'm clutching at straws here but I'd love to see the postman arrive up with 14 jackets or whatever I ordered I cant even remember ha ha

    My shipment was cancelled like the rest. It would have been such a funny YouTube video if they arrived!

    Anyway tried to open a dispute, alixpress suspended my account, said I can't open disputes or submit a view due to a security issue. The money has been taken from my card??? It's my first order, and probably my last..
