Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Stabling grant...

First time poster folks so be gentle.
Looking for a steer on grants. Have a small holding of 5.5 acres. Plan to erect a shed for stabling and find it hard to navigate the gvmt sites to see what's available. Anyone offer some advice? The only thing I could find suitable was a young farmer grant, but it indicated eligible farms have to be 5 hectares...
    Thanks in advance.

There are none for stabling and think very unlikey will be any offered anytime soon IMO. Was a grant 15 years ago and that required that you have an equestrian qualification and was for substantial equestrian development. Young farmer grant not really relevant as would be grant for cattle shed and it requires you to a green cert and be an active farmer.
