    I think as you get older you need less sleep. I don't suffer with insomnia but get the odd night where I can't sleep. It's a pain. I sleep best on days when I've been more active.

    Yes I sleep much better on the days I've been physically active.

    Are you sporty? Creative? Active?

    A bit, I'm getting walking again after an idle winter, I plan on cycling when the weather improves.

    Summer or winter time?

    The great unknown, its great to get away from familiarity.
    @lorelli, try growing something like your own veg, coming into a great time of year for that, grow bags are great if you're short of space.

    Any plans for the long paddy's weekend?

    Not today :) I had three yesterday just with lemon juice and sugar.

    What computer shortcut like Undo or Copy and Paste etc would you like to be able to use in real life?

    Not that I can remember. I went to the races at the Curragh before though. We lost loads of money then got it back at the last race :)

    A town of 26,000 people and rising. Totally different to my upbringing in rural Galway.

    How long will you wear a pair of jeans for before throwing them in the wash?

    No! With 5 kids my washing machine is going 2-3 times most days. Same with tumble dryer. Have learned the hard way that if you spend extra on a good brand you save loads as they last year's longer than cheap brands.

    Do you buy the cheapest item or go for the branded item?
