68 this week despite not have a full starting XI
. Delighted with that.
General tips for people who never played this game/haven't a clue;
1: Don't buy expensive defenders/keepers. 5.5 is the max I'd spend on either. Use the rest to load up on the leagues best attacking talent.
2: Don't buy good defenders, buy cheep defenders from good defences; (Arsenal, United, Chelsea, City, Spurs, Newcastle, Stoke, West Ham)
3: Dont buy defencive midfilders, they're FF poison.
Tips for this week;
1: Don't make any transfers yet. Two weeks of internationals will see players get injured. Wait and see who gets injured. Think about playing your wildcard (As many free transfers as you like untill the next game week. Can only use once a season.) this week.
2: United are playing Wigan, Chelsea are playing QPR, Arsenal are playing Southampton. Put RVP, Hazard, Torres or Carzola as your captian.
Oh and the person in 25th, you have two players who dont play in the PL anymore! Get the finger out!

Another tip, keep an eye on the number of fixtures in the next several game weeks, sometimes you'll have a team that doesn't play because of other commitments (meaning two teams are out that game week) so keep those players on the bench (eg chelsea this week). Or you'll have the opposite case where a team plays twice (chelsea last week) so buy some of those players, or at least make one of them captain!0 -

Good old RVP, I thought it was all going downhill after the penalty miss... My new favourite United player
Had Hazard and Cole too, forgot they weren't playing this week, rookie mistake doing the wild card to get Hazard in this week.
Have Tevez as well. I'll keep him until his annual "I hate football, want to go back to Argentina" histrionics.0 -
