Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Although you still get 15GB of storage at original quality same as everyone. Which is quite a lot. In four years I've used 3GB.
    So depends how many photos you want to keep. And the 4 doesn't have unlimited either. And that costs €800.

    I pay something like €2/month out of my phone credit for 200gb Google Drive storage. I assume your photos can be stored there.

    So I rang Vodafone (India) customer services on Thursday. I was not amicable. They said my request was cancelled and I needed to ring them in two days time to confirm a refund. Now this made me less amicable. But I did notice they did refund me yesterday. What a bunch of characters they are. So refund done, now just waiting on delivery of my phone that suddenly I want more than anything :-)

    They also auto refunded all my failed charges. The call center staff don't seem to have a clue and wing the information.

    In the same boat on waiting for delivery, I made one last attempt at getting this yesterday. It looks more promising than the other orders as it has gone to due for dispatch where none of my previous orders made it that far so fingers crossed.

    You can trade it in to cex for more than you paid for it. Wait till next week & see if you can buy a 3a. If you get the 3a sell the Huawei.

    I'd say yes. Been in & out of stock all week. You can get them to notify you when it's back in stock.

    Contact them via web chat. They gave me an An Post tracking number.

    Yeah had rang twice and been on to them on twitter. Might just get on to the bank at this stage.

    Man this whole system they got going on is so unreliable. Mines gone from Prepare to dispatch back to processing.

    YET another call to them.

    Likewise. They also said to me that my refund would not have occured if I had not contacted them. So I contacted them on Thursday and had the refund in my account on Friday. Just got a notification this morning that my latest order is dispatched. Happy times

    Mine and others did the same and still arrived, although it did briefly show as dispatched before going back to processing, which you might have missed. If it doesn't show as cancelled it's probably on the way.

    That's standard. Mine did the same. It will still be at that status when it is delivered it ready for collection.

    Ordered on Friday. Quietly confident that it is on the way


    I think it goes "Ready for dispatch" -> "Your order has been dispatched" -> "Your order is being processed" (confusingly) and then to delivered table.


    In spite of all this there was no sign of mine in store this morning (ordered Wednesday).


    Just got a call there now that it has arrived so it looks like all is well. But expect some high blood pressure.

    Got a text to say mine has been dispatched at about 2pm. Ordered 7am Saturday morning. Very first attempt at ordering.

    Looking good so far but I won't trust it until I have the phone in my hand.

    See this is the crazy thing.

    I ordered Thursday and went back to processing order after showing dispatch and no dispatch info. I fear I have issues in this order again.

    Mine had always said 'your order is being processed'. I doubt these Muppets will deliver it

    I’ve ordered two and received none. First one was ordered last Monday.

    If it was ordered to store just call in dont expect them to call you....i went next day after i got text of despatch and it was there !

    I swear Vodafone have gone to the dogs.

    I’ve had agents laughing at me, transferring me to different departments - lying to me for scripts.

    What a joke.

    Long story short - my order will be cancelled as no stock.

    I ordered on Thursday as a brand new name, new number and to a different email and delivery address and it still went wrong.

    That was attempt 3. **** them. I rarely let this get to me but it’s a great deal and was allowing me to spoil herself.

    What ****s me off rightly are people here receiving their orders after ordering after myself twice now.

    That probably means your order will go through. I've had three orders prior to the current one and none of them got to the dispatch stage until the latest one. From reading the experience of others on this thread the flow seems to be : 'Processing' ----> 'Dispatch' ----> 'Processing' ----> 'Order Delivered/Ready for pickup'.

    It's worse it's getting, managed to input an order on Fri and now when I try and check it's status I get the following error:
    "We're sorry, we cannot match the email address you provided with your order. Please review your details, enter your email address and try again."
    I was getting a Processing status over the weekend.
