Thats probably how the travellers get away without paying tax.

But even if they wanted to there is far too many travellers for the revenue to keep tabs on or investigate so they go after the middle class fools instead. Like the Doctor who put his undeclared cash into a bank account.

They don't go after travellers because they value the use of their legs, that and kitty Holland will accuse them of racism in the Irish Times
