Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Perisic is having a very impressive start to the season. Inter must be delighted they managed to keep hold of him.

Dybala just scored for Juve. His 100th game for them also, wow time flies.

And a very good hat trick by him. 3 different but great finishes.

Juve's new crest is disgusting, dunno how I didn't notice that already this year.

Serie A must have the highest average goals per game in the big 4 leagues so far. Lazio and Napoli in particular both playing outrageously attacking football. And yet Calcio can still never shake off it's reputation as being the boring defensive league.

Caught up with the weekend action earlier and that first goal from Dybala was gorgeous.

I thought the VAR ruling of Kalinic being offside for Milan was harsh. Not saying it was inaccurate but being denied a hat-trick over such margins must sting for the player.

Tonight's VAR ruling real harsh on Bologna.

    Super goal from Bologna.

Looks like Inter are slowly rediscovering their ****eness

All the 100% records under threat in midweek games. Milan and Lazio closing in on the pack as it stands.

Andre Silva fitness looks to be coming on, hopefully no more Borini for the rest of the season.

Posted too soon, Juve take lead and Napoli overturn a goal deficit:mad:

    What a chip by Mertens.

Some goal there, Napoli are a joy to watch going forward.

Napoli really are a joy to watch, probably my favourite team in Europe to watch at the moment.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,611 ✭✭✭✭ERG89

Dybala, of course puts Juve ahead. Higuain on the bench.

2-0 Juve, a nice finish by Pjanic & Torino down to 10. Guess I'll turn on La Liga now

I was optimism for this one, but we got ficked. Thanks Baselli!

Milan are finding this difficult. Very enjoyable game. Sampdoria, the nicest jersey and stadium of serie a.

Milan rotating too much this season. Silva and Calhanoglu two of our biggest signings and best players in recent weeks but sitting on the bench for some reason.

Milan need a goal & Montella brings on Borini & leaves on 3 centre backs....

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,584 ✭✭✭Rekop dog

It's like he prioritising the Europa league or something, bizarre. Vaffanculo

Bonucci must be questioning his life choices right now.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,855 ✭✭✭irishguitarlad

Duván zapata causing havoc. Good finish by alvarez. That torreira destroyed the milan midfield.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,611 ✭✭✭✭ERG89

Borini created a great chance for the second goal, pity that it was for Samp. How he's at Milan is a mystery. Someone must have gotten quite a backhander for that to happen.
A dreadful performance & setup by Montella who made it worse with the changes. The commentator said he doubts Milan will play that bad again, clearly he missed the Lazio fiasco

Immobile with another 2 goals, Lazio leading Hellas 0-2 at the break. I really wonder where Lazio would be without him, at this pace he's gonna get at least 30 goals.

Inter are awful. So weak in midfield and look clueless in the final third.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,839 ✭✭✭Jelle1880

Hellas are surely going down again, their defence is a joke.

Wow, Atalanta showed balls of steel.

Yes, late goal aside, they seem to be doing their usual trick of getting a good run going and then ****ting themselves when they find they're near the top of the table - hopefully Spalletti can sort them out and unlock the obvious potential.

Reckon both managers jobs could be on the line here if they lose.

Montella gone with a very attacking line up.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,584 ✭✭✭Rekop dog

    Ugh we're terrible.

Carlo will be back at the helm by next game.

2 goals for Roma in 5 minutes, surely that's the end for Montella now

Happy with the scoreline though :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,120 ✭✭✭justshane

    Milan need Carlo.

Sassuolo must feel how Lazio felt against Napoli. Doing very well, and then their 2 central defenders get injured and it becomes a humiliating scoreline.

At this stage I'd take Seedorf back :pac:
Seriously Montella has made a balls of the side. The defence even with all the new players is a total mess & is actually getting worse every game rather than improving.
On a side note; it's nice to see Florenzi back & doing well.

Inter continue to do the absolute minimum, spared a draw by a post, not looking great.

    Nice one Atalanta :D

Just what are the statute of limitations on VAR?? Bizarre decisions made. I was half expecting that just before the end of the match, the ref would decide to look back at Atalanta's first goal on his little telly and rule that a foul was incorrectly awarded and give Gomez a yellow card for diving and further disallow the goal that followed from the resulting free kick!!

Huge weekend of fixtures. Juve vs Lazio is on right now, Roma vs Napoli later on & the Milan derby tomorrow which is a biggie. ESPECIALLY for AC

    Lazio 2 - 1 up with 15 minutes left. 2 for Immobile.

Hopefully Lazio can hold on for another 10 mins

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,611 ✭✭✭✭ERG89

Milinkovic-Savic is such a good player. Wherever he ends up I'll probably be envious.

    Dreadful tackle.....
