Looks like it's a slow enough start setting up the characters, but I've learned from Clone Wars and Rebels to give these series time.
I did enjoy the episodes though.

Just caught up. It's a good opening alright. Put together, they feel like a mini-tv-film

The story is decent enough. Yer man is annoying so.. plenty of room to grow I guess

The main stand out is the animation. Wow, it's like top notch Anime level stuff. It really brings the atmosphere.

Dunno. I'm still not sold on him. He reminds me of Peter in Spider-Man Homecomig wanting Tony's approval.
If it moves away from him wanting to be a spy and just let it happen naturally, it will be better.

Seen it, all 5 episodes on Torrents and its dire poor characters, soapy animation. We need Feloni at the helm and get rid of Kathleen Kennedy

But Filoni is over this, the same as Rebels. They need to do something to get it moving. The other series were set in different locations. This one restricted itself to a single place, for some reason

Filoni isnt on the job or it was cobbled together over night (3 months). I havent seen anything this bad since the infamous Christmas special.

i quite like the animation
While Rebels was pretty "Lothal" heavy it still let us expand and explore the Galaxy..
Keeping them confined to this Fuel station seems bit of an anchor story wise
I was hooked on Rebels by episode 5 whereas I've still not completely bought into this
I'm sticking with it ofcourse but really needs to up the ante

I've just finished reading the book Phasma (not sure if this is set before or after it) but I would like to see Cardinal or Vi Moradi at some point

Is it too much to hope that everything is building to something drastic happening that either turns the platform into a rebel base or it gets destroyed?

We're a good bit in now and I still couldn't name most of the characters

Shows that Poe risking lives of his team mates isn't just a one off like in start of Last Jedi where he got most of his squadron killed

The Core Problem was easily the best episode of the season for me
Really starting to gather momentum now
While I'll miss BB-8 I look forward to more CB-23

That was good! For a second I thought the Collosus

was looking like a Star Destroyer submerged pointing down.

All the plots from the season came together

for this big payoff battle.

Now just to see

where they end up!

Wiki says the second season is due in Fall 2019.. so Autumn which will be just before Episode IX comes out. I'm leaning heavily towards the idea of seeing a tie-in

I thought it was good. While Rebels felt like a slow burn, this one feels like it has a lump to get over at the start. It does though

Ya, like it takes a while to find it's rhythm but last few episodes are very good
They have season 2 set up to be very good

season 2 has been really disappointing so far, they made Kaz back to being way to clumsy after he had gotten better towards end of season 1 and there are just way too many filler episodes
I want to see way more of Tam, probably the only thing keeping me interested in it
Hopefully it picks up soon as the potential is there

Well you got more of Tam and the only other guy who go helmetless despite being told previously they hadn't earned that right yet.

Seems this season has involved a lot of "We need this, or else..." followed by "Oh look, we're here just as the First Order get here"

The ending of last season showed promise but now it's gone back

2.10 was fun. 2.11 was ok and could've been standout but they didn't go for it.

I'm guess that if there's gonna be a cameo in the film, it would only be to report the status of the Colossus

2.12: By Star Wars: Resistance standards, that felt like a step up. Kinda felt like a nod to the Mandalorian style.

Cool to see Synara get some air time. Guessing we're still not at the events of Rise of Skywalker yet. I'm not sure how close we are actually.
