No. you fill in a form and you get an automated reponse. I got cashback paid out from monese but not from their own topcashback promo too! Still says its there but not payable yet.

Sending both my echo dots back to amazon for refund. The Alexa app doesn’t open once I sign in crashes instantly. I’ve an iPhone 11 Pro. Worked fine for a few weeks then the Alexa app updated and now it’s useless. Anyone else had this?

Mine is working perfect. Got 4 months Amazon music for 99 cents.

I went into my top cash account. I remember Amazon deducted £10 off at source as Top cash is showing 31pence payable now on account

Open a ticket with them. They told me my purchase wasn't tracked correctly. This seems to be their spiel. They then put it payable. Add your PayPal acc now so by the time you get the 15Â£ payable you can withdraw it immediately

Mine went payable this morning for the first time so I've transferred it to an Amazon gift card which they say will take up to 3 days to sort so we shall see....

I transferred mine to an Amazon gift card 2 weeks ago when it first went payable before it seemed to revert to pending for everyone. Had the gift card later the same day

Mine still pending! Don't think it tracked so I tried to open a ticket, but I've no claim in the list so it said to raise a claim... But can't fill it in either. Maybe it's because I'm on my phone... Is there an easier way to contact support??

When I went to set up PayPal it just asked me for an e-mail address and after I put it in it seems to have grayed out everything so there doesn't seem to be any way for me to initiate the pay out. Some cowboy operation these lads.

You need to add a PayPal account email address, there should be a link on the page you're on now. Takes 72 hours to accept the address

Yeah I think that's what's happening. It wouldn't let me add a payment method until it became payable.

I might just do the bacs thing instead but can't use that for 72 hours either. Oh well, what's another 3 days I suppose :pac:

Yeah I cant see how to send a support ticket either, so i went for one of the other options like it was missing.

Here are some notes that have helped members in a similar situation to yours.

Apologies for this! We are finding that the Black friday bonus,which includes the Amazon Echo Deal is taking a couple of days to track. We are working on this to speed it up so you can see the right cashback showing. Thanks for bearing with us.
