    Please note, the deadline for entries without penalty will be end of Thursday, 1 September (0300h 2nd). Late entries this month face the usual penalty plus a 3-pt deduction on the bonus question which arrives early this month (on the fourth). Late late entries also subject to usual penalty and a five-point reduction on the bonus.

    1. Predict the mean "IMT" value (which has been 12.7 C 1961-90, 12.9 1971-2000, and 13.2 for 1981-2010, data thanks to DE).

    2. Predict the maximum temperature at any official Met.ie station.

    3. Predict the minimum temperature at any official Met.ie station.

    4. Predict the rainfall at eleven reporting sites as percentage of normal.

    5. Predict the sunshine at six reporting sites as percentage of normal.

    6. BONUS: Predict the maximum temperature and daily rainfall (mms) at Dublin A in connection with the Hurling finals on Sunday 4th.

    TEMPLATE that entrants can use:

    Good luck and watch for a report on August's contest this Thursday evening or thereabouts.
