    Happens all the time, I bought fresh cream this morning advertised as 69c reduced from €1.19. Full price at till. Also watch those ' Dumpys' with the 30% off offers, as often as not the full price applies at the till (not including those items left in there by staff/customers with no discount sticker on them)

    30% off items (stickered) all must be discounted manually by staff at the till. It's very easy for them to miss the sticker, resulting in the full price unfortunately being charged. Very annoying, I know, but so, so easy for it to happen. Doesn't help that Lidl's tills are absolutely ancient :D

    I use two different lidls - one where I live and one near my folks and both always have the offers still on sunday afternoon/evening

    I know, but €1.50 for three most of the year round makes the special a little less so.
