Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm nearly sure it was where I went to after my Debs.. long long time ago!
I was 16 at the time, think I remember there being a lot of ranting about having to pay £2 and you got a can of coke handed to you over the bar, to mix with the vodka in the magic handbags!
Ok place, your normal soggy carpet poxy dance floor kinda place!

Some years ago i found an old nightclub flyer where i used to live.It appears to date from the 70s and is for a club called Zhivagos(as in the film) on lower Baggot St,Dublin.Anyone remember it or know anything about it?
Zhivagos was in Baggot Lane over the H.Williams/Quinnswoth store. It was a cool enough place and had an excellent snooker room. Spent many an evening there, at one stage it was the in place to be. Further down the lane was a club called Barbarellas and it was a better club by far. In the 80s the Apartment and Bubbles clubs kinda took over and the likes of Zhivagos died off. Happy memories of the place though 0 -

Advert for Zhivagos at the 1:52 mark. This must be pretty rare. Strange to see an ad for a Dublin nightclub on a UTV adbreak at the height of the Troubles.
