    so people say if your having a bad dream, you pinch yourself and wake up

    has anyone ever done this, usually when i have a dream i have no control over what happens and i can only vaguely remember them in the morning!!! :(

    so can you wake yourself up???

    Yeah I can wake myself up a lot of the time. It's cool when you realise you are dreaming. :)
