    Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

    1 banana, 1/8 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup soy milk, 2 tablespoons honey & liquidise.

    Ice, rum and coke with a slice of lime. No need to stick it in a blender though.

    Raspberries, banana, spinach, avocado, almond milk, chia seeds and tablespoon of spirulina.
