Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Cadence Ireland - they ran some over lockdown not sure if continued now but you could ask.

    Used to train with Mark from there years ago and he is top notch.

    dunno about "good"
    but flyefit were doing spin online via their social media


    I like spin classes but depends a lot on the instructor if it's good or bad
